Hotels

Hotel accommodation in Naples can be expensive, in particular if you choose one of the luxury hotels on the sea front. Three nice 4-star hotels with a good balance between quality and price are:

The former two feature a very convenient downtown location; the latter is less central, but offers a spectacular view over the bay and a beautiful roof garden where breakfast and meals are served.

A more modest (but decent and clean) 3-star hotel close to our Department and at walking distance from Naples ‘Campi Flegrei’ station is:

  • Hotel Leopardi
    Piazzetta Pilastri 12 - 80125 Napoli
    Phone: +39-081-5933711

The number of B&Bs in Naples is rapidly increasing. Many are located in the old city center, in historical buildings which underwent extensive architect-designed renovations. In view of the highly dynamic character of these structures, searching the Web is the best option.

In all cases, early reservation is recommended.
